The Space

Bluewater Villa is a new construction home with all the extras you would expect. When traveling with a large group, privacy and comfort are not compromised. There are many areas to gather and areas to wind down or sleep in. With Intercoastal views at the rear of the home and ocean view at the front, the balconies on both sides of the home are a favorite to catch the sunrise and the sunset. Enjoy amazing wildlife watching with the occasional sailboat or yacht cruising in the distance. This is the house you have been looking for!

Bluewater Villa features 8 spacious bedrooms and 6 beautifully appointed bathrooms. There are three bedroom suites with each having its own attached private bathroom. Each bedroom is designed to be a cozy retreat, complete with comfortable bedding for a restful night’s sleep. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

As soon as you step inside or ride up the elevator, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully decorated and spacious living area, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. Whether you’re looking to relax with a book, watch a movie with the family, or simply take in the unobstructed ocean and water views, this living space has everything you need.

Take in the stunning turquoise ocean and water views, which can be enjoyed from nearly every room in the house. Whether you’re cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, gathering with friends and family in the spacious living areas, or lounging on one of the expansive outdoor decks, you’ll be able to take in the beauty of the coast from every angle. At any meal or special dinner, seating will not be an issue. The dining table will seat 12 or more if you pull up the dining bench. Overflow seating can be acommodated at the kitchen bar or outdoor dining table.

Not too long ago, our family was introduced to N. Topsail Beach and we fell in love. Building a home at the beach has been a dream come true.
